Cà Phê Diễm is growing our team as we get ready to welcome you into our café in Midtown Sacramento!

We’re looking for part-time team members who are friendly, reliable, hardworking, and excited to be part of a growing local coffee shop rooted in Vietnamese coffee and culture.

📍 Location: Midtown Sacramento
🕖 Hours of Operation: 7 AM–3 PM, 7 days a week
☕ Position: Part-Time Café Team Member / Barista

What we’re looking for:

• Friendly and welcoming with great customer service

• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

• Available for morning, afternoon and/or weekend shifts

• Barista or food service experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person!

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing Vietnamese coffee, espresso drinks, matcha, and specialty drinks

• Providing warm and attentive customer service

• Taking orders and operating POS

• Preparing and serving pastries and café items

• Keeping the café clean, organized, and stocked

• Helping create the welcoming experience we want Cà Phê Diễm to be known for
